Our king room has beautiful views of the "Aran" Mountain and Bala Lake in the distance. Our king room is fitted with en-suite with shower, kettle with drink condiments, hairdryer, cool fan, TV, portable heater, luggage stand and the house offers WIFI throughout.
Our freshly cooked breakfast is included in the rate. Enjoy our homecooked breakfast, using local produce. We do also cater for Vegans, and for guests that have dietary & allergies.
All our rooms are on a first floor, they can only be accessed by stairs.

We are next door the "Bala Lake Railway", 2 of our rooms have the views of the station. Llyn tegid (Bala Lake) is only a 10-minute drive. We also say to our guests, if you drive an hour from us at any directions, there is a lot of things to do & see. Our guests have said that we a good base.Food & Drink
Our favorite pub is the "Yr Eagles",which is only 10-minute walk from the house. "Yr Eagles" offers home cooked food using meats from their home farm & from local butcher. They have great selection of drinks such as locally made real ale & gins. The pub has a garden where you can enjoy a drink whilst admiring the views.
