Please arrive after 12 noon and depart before 12 noon the day you leave because of the drive being narrow and impossible for caravans (or even cars) to pass. Please can I also ask that you drive with consideration for others on Little Marsh Lane – it is not a race track! We do try to keep it in good condition but it gets a lot of traffic, especially now there is a little riding school based at Marsh Farm.

Booking Policy
- Check in after 12 noon
- Check out before 12 noon - this is because caravans cannot pass on Little Marsh Lane.
- Dog are permitted but please clean up after them, never leave them unattended on site and abide by CAMC rules.
- We are dark skies friendly so please do not leave outside lights on at night.
- BBQs are permitted, please keep them off the ground to protect the grass.
Cancellation Policy
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the holiday start date, if paid in full, the 50% balance will be refunded less a 15% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded unless the pitch can be filled, in which case a 15% cancellation fee will be applied for the filled days
- We suggest you have the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
