Complete with wood burning stove, microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is a fire pit outside with cast iron cooking pans if you fancy some al fresco dining!

About New Park Farm

Set within the rural village of West Row in Suffolk, the New Park Farm pitches look out over arable fields and the village’s allotments. It’s a great spot for aircraft enthusiasts who don’t want to be right under the flight path, but close enough to enjoy the comings and goings of planes from RAF Lakenheath (15 minutes’ drive).

Booking Policy

  • Check-in for camping: 13:00-20:00
  • Check-out for camping: 11:00
  • Check-in for glamping: 12:00-19:30
  • Check-out for glamping: 10:00
  • We welcome well behaved dogs on site, but please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them.
  • All fires must be kept off the floor to protect the ground beneath, preferably in firepits - we have a couple available to hire on site or feel free to bring your own
  • Please keep noise to a minimum from 22:00 - 07:00
  • Please supervise children on site at all times
  • All linen is provided if you are glamping, but please bring your own towels
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • The site backs on to the river Lark - please supervise children and be aware of the water
  • We have a 2 pitch/unit limit set on our online booking system, if you would like to book for a larger group please call me directly on 07733104490

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 15% non-refundable deposit paid
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded
  • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
