Roland and Rebecca, proprietors of this little Rutland gem, run an organic farm next door with pigs, turkeys, chickens, a small herd of fallow deer and a flock of Black Nosed Valais sheep (the worlds cutest sheep): visitors are invited to book tours and walks around the farm to greet and meet the animals. The farm’s own produce including organic pork and lamb is on sale in the on-site shop – and with barbecues and campfires fully permitted, there’s no excuse for not having an outdoor feast.

Booking Policy

  • Group bookings of 4 or more units (e.g. tent, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are only permitted with prior agreement.
  • We are a quite family site our quiet hours must be respected between 10.30 p.m. and 7 a.m.
  • No hen/stag parties permitted
  • Single-sex bookings of 6 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are only permitted with prior agreement.
  • Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
  • Check in between 2pm and 8pm . Check out by 11am

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds for cancelation within 4 weeks of arrival date
  • No refunds for changes to arrival or departure dates within 2 weeks of arrival date
  • All deposit are non refundable
  • Any changes to bookings may be subject to a £10 admin fee (other than changes made under the Corona Virus Booking Guarantee). Your admin fee will be waived if the overall cost of your booking increases due to the amendments made
  • No refunds/discounts for inclement weather late arrivals or early departures
