Booking Policy

Check In: Earliest - 4pm, Latest - 5pm Sun-Wed, 5pm Thurs-Sat. Check Out: 10am

For Pod Bookings all you need is your towels. We provide the bedding.

The on site Barrier with open  at 7:30am and close in conjunction with Brewer's Café Bar or reception depending on the season. To leave site the Barrier will lift automatically as you drive up to it. To access the site out of barrier open times, you will need to register your number plate at reception.

There is a one-way system and 10phm speed limit. Please abide by these safety measures.

Cancellation Policy

Changes to a reservation must be made by phone or email a minimum of 7 days prior to check-in. Where the minimum terms are not met, a charge of 1 night's stay will be applied. Peak season, All deposits paid are non-refundable.

Off-peak payments will only be refundable with 28 days cancellation prior to booking date. All cancellations will incur a 10% admin fee to be deducted prior to refund.

Late arrivals: If you anticipate checking in after 5pm please let us as soon as you can, any accommodation not occupied by 6pm will be considered as a no show if we have not heard from you. Please note, no show's will be charged for one night.
