A peaceful campsite in the Yorkshire Dales National Park near Bolton Abbey and the River Wharfe, ideal for walkers and families, with easy access to the Dalesway footpath, nearby villages, attractions, shops, and the Devonshire Arms pub. With 5-star washroom facilities, a coffee shop & pizza kitchen, (please see reception for opening times), on-site shop, and stunning views from every angle. Minimum stay: 3 nights on Bank Holidays, 2 nights in high season (July 1–September 1).

Picnic with Our Alpacas
Enjoy our Alpaca Picnic for stays Tuesday - Sunday. Please give 72 hours notice to book this extra.
A memorable highlight of many guests’ stays. Enjoy a relaxed picnic in our peaceful alpaca field overlooking the Yorkshire Dales while our friendly alpacas wander over to say hello. After a short introduction, you’ll have 1.5 hours to unwind, enjoy your picnic, and take in the views, creating a truly special moment during your stay.
Perfect for couples, families, or friends looking for something a little different, this experience is designed for two people. If you are booking for a group of four adults, simply add two in the drop-down menu when making your reservation. Children can be added on through the Children's Alpaca Experience extra.
Your picnic hamper includes:
· A chilled bottle of Prosecco or soft drinks
· Picnic platter from Tea on the Green
You’ll also be given alpaca food so you can feed them by hand if you're feeling brave!
If the Yorkshire weather has other plans, a shelter in the field is available, so you can still enjoy the experience in comfort.

Bring Your Dog Camping
Holidays are even better with your dog.
Bring your four-legged companion along to enjoy the adventure too. We have an enclosed dog walking and agility field on site where dogs can run and play safely, as well as lots of local dog-friendly walks.
