Oakwood Marina is a family run business in the heart of Cheshire, The home of Oakwood Glamping & Camping. Our site, set in 30 acres of undulating open countryside, has a private 1km canal frontage & a host to a whole array of wildlife, our favourite being the resident Barn Owls. The 5 Luxury Bell tents are situated overlooking the tranquil marina, spaciously set out and furnished to create a homely feel. Site facilities include hot showers, toilet (accessible toilet and shower available), Elson, a coin operated laundry room & a Tearoom which is open Thursday - Monday 09:30-16:00.
There are 4 hand built wooden shower units and a washing up station for the camping area with hot water.
Located right on the water’s edge the tearoom offers a perfect spot to enjoy one of our finest coffees while watching the boats go by! Dog’s are welcome but must be kept on a lead, wildlife has priority particularly when nesting and the owls are low flying for food.

Booking Policy
Camping/Glamping
- We reserve the right of admission.
- Arrivals later than 17:30, please contact reception on 01606 331 961 or 07857 446 574
- Check in is from 15:00 and you must vacate your chosen accommodation by 10:00 on your departure day promptly, unless a late check out has been agreed (please discuss with site management for availability).
- Check in closes at 19:00. Arrivals after this time will be charged a late check in fee of £15 upon prior agreement.
- We only accept responsible guests that are considerate and are respectful of the environment and it's wildlife.
- There must be no loud or disrupting noise after 21:00 or before 09:00.
- No large groups, hen/stag parties or weddings (unless an official wedding party booked through us).
- arrivals from 09:15 for tuition to be provided around 09:30.
- Hire ends at 16:30.
Cancellation Policy
- Amendments to your booking must be made as soon as possible, subject to availability and the conditions below. Amendments made up to 14 days prior to your Arrival Date will not incur any admin fees. However, this does not include any rate increases and these will be charged accordingly.
- Please note, more than one amendment of your booking will incur a £20 admin fee.
- Amendments to bookings within 14 days of your Arrival Date will incur a £20 admin fee. This is in addition to any rate increases.
- No booking amendments will be accepted within 7 days of your Arrival Date.
- You may cancel your booking at any time. Please note, cancellations made more than 31 days prior to your Arrival Date will receive a full refund . However, an admin fee of 15% will be applied.
- We do not offer refunds where cancellations are made within 31 days of your Arrival Date.
