Pitchcott Farm is set among the rolling hills of the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside. We offer a mix of accommodation and experiences in natural surroundings where the health and wellbeing of both people and planet are prioritised. The Victorian five bedroom farmhouse sleeps up to 12 people. The farm is a total of 150 acres and campers have access to a 15 acre meadow with vibrant wild flowers in spring and summer. The farm prioritises the protection and expansion of biodiversity so camping pitches are limited to retain the wild nature of the site. Look out for wild deer in the meadow, and you might hear the hoot of owls at night.
Tony Langford, the owner and steward of the farm and surrounding land, also leads mindful walks and 'nature bathing' experiences. Further details are available on request. If you prefer to find your own way across the countryside, we recommend some self-guided walks for you to explore. When you leave we hope you will feel nurtured and regenerated, as this fits with our philosophy for the land and the environment.

Booking Policy
- Check-in for camping: 14:00
- Check-out for camping: 12:00
- Check-in for the bell tent and the farmhouse: 15:00
- Check-out for the bell tent and the farmhouse: 11:00
- Well behaved dogs are permitted on site. Please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them. (Limited to 2 per pitch)
- Fires are permitted on site but must be kept off the ground at all times in a fire pit. We have a limited number of fire pits on site to rent if you do not have your own.
- No smoking or vaping in the house or in the shower / washroom areas
- Driving into the field is not permitted before the beginning of July. Wheelbarrows can be used for any luggage, please return them after use.
- Please do not venture into any areas marked by orange bollards
- Please do not move or touch any hay or straw bales and supervise children around them.
- Please keep noise to a minimum and ensure there is no amplified music from 23:00-09:00
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booking start date will be refunded minus any booking fees.
- Cancellations made within 15 - 30 days of the booking start date will be refunded 50% of the total booking value.
- Cancellations made within 7 - 14 days of the booking start date will be refunded 25% of the total booking value.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the booking start date will not be refunded
- We recommend you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
