The caravan and camping site offers 5 hard standing pitches together with space for a tent depending on size on Pitch 4 and 5. One large tent could be accommodated or a couple number of small 2 man tents. The site is level and surrounded by a well managed copse adjoining the road with wild flowers and resplendent with bluebells in the Spring. We are proud to have been awarded Campsite of the Year East Sussex for 2021/22 by CorporateLiveWire Prestige Awards. The Site is planning to install 3 Glamping Pods from the middle of May 2022

Booking Policy
- Pitches can be booked for a maximum of 28 days. Please do not book a longer stay than this as we will need to amend or cancel your booking
- We will endeavour to allocate the pitch you have booked, but in order to maximise occupancy of the site we may have to reallocate another pitch. You will be emailed any update
- Arrival times are after midday
- Pitches must be vacated by 11:00am and left clear
- Dogs are permitted, please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them and place bags in the bin
- Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times
- No loud or disrupting noise between 22:00 and 08:00
- We are unable to dispose of any broken camping equipment. Please take these home with you
- No fires or generators are allowed. BBQ's are permitted - please keep them off the ground to protect the earth beneath or place on the gravel hard standing
- The wood it's a protected area and strictly out of bounds
- Vehicles speed 5mph
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to 50%cancellation fee, equal to your non-refundable deposit paid.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
