Cotswolds Camping is a small countryside site with over 90 pitches catering for caravans, tents of all sizes ,roof tents and campervans. We also have two stable barns which sleep four people, two camping pods which sleep two people and four glamping pods sleeping three people with en-suite toilets. We also have three authentic Gypsy wagons. If you’re looking for a large group booking we have two private group fields available to hire with your own private facilities, please contact us directly for more information regarding our group fields.

With views over the Evenlode Valley of West Oxfordshire. It is an ideal location to explore the Cotswolds, and Oxfordshire. Oxford is an easy train journey away, and Stratford-upon-Avon about 27 miles. Grass pitches and hard standing pitches with electric hook-ups available, parking adjacent to pitch and also electric car charging points. We also have an onsite shop and Cafe (The Cauldron Cafe) with it’s alcohol license , full selection of hot drinks, freshly prepared food and an interactive immersive room.

Accommodation

30 pitches, most have access to hook ups. They are in 3 distinct areas, including a new field with fewer hook ups. A sole use family/group field with its own kitchen/dining area for 6–10 pitches. Plus 2 camping pods.

Booking Policy

CAMPSITE RULES
Children to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Well behaved dogs allowed, free of charge (2 per pitch max) to be kept on a lead and cleaned up after. Anyone found to be letting their dog foul without cleaning it up could be asked to leave. The shop sells dog poo bags.
No amplified music, and quiet between 10:30pm and 8:00am.
No Chinese lanterns.
No camping equipment in bins - please take it home with you.
Water is for camping use only - No water games.
BBQS and Fire-pits off ground only - blocks available around campsite, do not burn wood from woodland area or trees.
Strictly 5 MPH at all times.
Check in after 12 midday for pitches, after 2pm for pods, Gypsy wagons & stable barns
Please leave by 11:00am on day of departure, to enable us to prepare for new arrivals.
Please bring your own Loo Roll.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately we do not give refunds, however we do give credit for alternative stays with us.

If a pod , tent/campervan pitch or our group field bookings are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice prior to arrival, we will not be able to give any credit back.

Please check your dates carefully!

Our Cancellation

If we have to cancel for any reason before your holiday is due to start, you are entitled to a full refund of the money that you have paid. We recommend that you consider taking out separate insurance to cover any loss.
