Sky 10 - Wild Camping Pitch (99 at Cornish Tipi Holidays & Camping)
UK England South West England Cornwall Port Isaac Cornish Tipi Holidays & Camping
The largest Sky pitch, with a mix of open grass and shady trees at the edges. One of the 11 Sky pitches.
The Owner Says
Has its own firepit and water standpipe nearby - 15m long & 8m wide; perfect for a larger family tent! Tents for this pitch should be no bigger than 7m x 5m to fit comfortably (there's a small tree in the middle). If you want to bring another smaller tent (eg 2-3 person tent) with older children or friends that would fit in fine past the tree. (Please note, no trailer tents permitted.)
Camping equipment can be dropped off a couple minutes walk from the pitch, then cars are parked in the car park a short walk away. Please note all Sky pitches are reached via a short walk through the woods with a steepish slope for the last 2 minutes.
Custom-made safari style shower and composting loo facilities near the pitch and more modern plumbed in facilities are a 5 minute walk away.
