Booking Policy
- Check-in for pods: 15:00-18:00 (Later arrival by prior arrangement)
- Check-in for everything else: 13:00-18:00 (Later arrival by prior arrangement)
- Check-out for glamping: 10:00
- Check-out for camping: 11:00
- We welcome well behaved dogs on site, but please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them
- All fires must be kept off the floor to protect the ground beneath, preferably in firepits (available to hire on site).
- Please keep noise to a minimum from 22:00-07:00 - no amplified music during these times
- Please supervise children on site at all times
- If you are glamping (except the festival pod) your bed linen will be provided but please bring your own towels
- If you are walking outside of the campsite, please be aware of the lake just off the path
- There is a large pond by our pods, please be aware of this and ensure children are supervised at all times.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 30% non-refundable deposit paid
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
