Soak in the outdoor copper bath while your supper cooks beside you in complete peace and quiet, the cabin is kitted out inside with everything you might need and furnished to an impeccable standard.

Our new Tipi Slinket, overlooking open countryside in all directions. Double wooden bed with thick duvet with 300 count linen and hot water bottles. There's also a wood burning stove with firewood. Outdoor heated shower and beautifully designed private wood fired hot tub right on the banks of the Oxford Canal

Booking Policy
- Regretfully no dogs are permitted on the farm or in your accommodation as we are a working farm.
- Check in is from 4pm on your arrival day.
- Check out on your day of departure is by 11am.
- Remember that you will be staying on a working farm with live animals and potentially dangerous farm equipment among other hazards.
- It is the right of Hill Farm to refuse group bookings if we feel this may be of detriment to other guests staying on the farm.
Cancellation Policy
The following provisions apply:
- In the event of a cancellation within 10 weeks before the commencement of the stay, the full deposit (which is 25% of the amount of the full stay) is payable.
- In the event of cancellation within 10 days before the start of the stay, the full amount of your stay is payable.
- In the case of premature termination of the stay, the entire booking amount is payable.
