Staying in Loch Katrine Eco Lodges or overnight in a campervan/motorhome are great ways to enjoy the stunning beauty of Loch Katrine.

When your day exploring nature’s wonderland is over – relax and let Loch Katrine be your home for the night!

There are 10 loch side lodges in one of the most special areas of the Trossachs overlooking Loch Katrine and Ben Venue, from which to choose. We offer you the opportunity to make one of these lodges your base for the week, weekend or a mid-week break away from the rat race.

At this unique location, we are sure that this will be the starting point for memorable adventures in the Trossachs with walking, the Great Trossachs Forest Footpath runs close by; cycling, fishing or just taking it easy and enjoying the beauty of this very special place which is part of one of Britain’s largest National Nature Reserves. During the darker nights, visitors can take advantage of our street light free location for a bit of star gazing too!

Four large Loch lodges (en suite shower and loo), two Glen lodges (en-suite toilet but not shower), four Ben lodges (shared facilities), eight camping pitches and 10 motor-home hook ups in the car parking area by the loch.

Booking Policy

Availability - Booking of lodges is on a minimum 2 night basis, with arrival between 4:00pm-5:00pm. The property should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.

Change of dates - To change confirmed dates we charge a £25 administration fee.

Pets - Loch Katrine Eco Camp only allow pets in Loch Venachar, Loch Arklet, Glen Finglas, Ben A'an & Ben Ledi Lodges.  Owners must take precautions to avoid damage to fixtures and fittings. A deep cleaning fee of £50.00 will be charged if there is any indication of a pet in lodges not mentioned above.

Smoking - In the interests of safety and for the comfort of future guests Loch Katrine Eco Camp Lodges are strictly no smoking.  A deep cleaning fee of £200.00 will be charged if there is any indication of smoking in the property. Linen - Linen is included in the Loch and Glen lodges, linen hire is optional for the Ben Lodges. Please contact the booking team for details.

Cancellation Policy

  • A holiday booking with us forms a legal contract. If you are unable to take up the holiday and lodge you are still liable for the full cost. You should notify us as soon as you are aware of the need to cancel. If we are able to re-let the lodge for the same period, and you do not have holiday insurance cover (we recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance), we will refund any such rental monies received, less any booking commission paid, up to 21 days before check in date. No refunds will be issued where a cancellation is made within 21 days of the start date of the holiday.
  • Should we have to cancel your holiday booking due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will make every effort to offer or find alternative accommodation. However, if this is not possible all monies paid to us in relation to the cancellation will be fully refunded, less any booking commission. Our liability will not extend beyond this.
  • £50 good housekeeping deposit is payable on arrival.
