Garlyne Brae is a new, small, family-run campervan and motorhome site nestled beside Sleimore Woods overlooking Nethy Bridge with views across Strathspey in the heart of Cairngorms National Park.
For over 300 years, our family has worked the land here at Garlyne Brae in the heart of the Highlands. Farming has always been our way of life, and we’ve long dreamt of sharing this special place with visitors. By opening up our campervan and motorhome pitches, we’re able to do just that—offering travellers a welcoming base to explore the Cairngorms and Speyside.
We’re proud of our roots and still run the farm alongside welcoming visitors. You might see our hens roaming about or catch us tending to our crops of potatoes, cabbage, and turnips. It’s a working farm and a peaceful site rolled into one. Ailsa sells freshly laid eggs from our hens to guests!

- Check-in: 13:00-22:00
- Check-out: 12:00
- Dogs are welcome (max 2 per pitch), but please keep them on a lead at all times and clean up after them
- There is a small charge to use our chemical disposal on site
- All pitches have wifi
- The site is on our working farm and we sell the free-range eggs laid by our hens.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 15% non-refundable deposit paid
- Cancellations made within 7 days off the holiday start date will not be refunded
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
