We are a remote Highland campsite, complete with holiday cottage and a simple bothy that comfortably sleeps 12. There is a *6-metre size limit on all vehciles.* If the weather or midges are terrible then the bothy is there to help you escape. It's aslso a good place to meet new acquaintences. We have toilet and shower facilities better than many larger campsites and different types of pitches for different tastes – either hide in the gorse or stay out in the open. We've even got four electric hook-ups!
You'll find some of the most stunning scenery in Britain here, be it the spectacular mountains, the ever-changing coastal weather painting dramatic colours everywhere, or the incredible diversity of wildlife, which, sadly, is rarely seen elsewhere in the UK. You will be venturing up and down a 7-mile single track road to get here, one of only two settlements on the entire peninsula. Little Loch Broom (it's not that little) is the sea loch we are situated upon and it is part of a wider MPA (marine protected area) for the unique life that resides within it. There are excellent boating opportunities on the loch on calmer days. There is much to be made of the hill-walking (especially the beautiful An Teallach), fat-biking, trail running. It's also a very popular stop-off point for NC-500 travellers.
Our price range is lower than that of any managed campsite we know of and you'll find an abundance of peace and quiet whilst you're here.

Booking Policy
- Arrival is from 1pm-8pm on all days. Departures by 11am.
- All vehicles must be less than 6 metres. No caravans allowed.
- Specific pitches are not assigned, but EHU users should use pitches 2-5.
- Owners are responsible for their pets. Animal waste must be disposed of properly. Please be aware of livestock in the area.
- Please be respectful of other guests. You should check with the attendant about making noise outside of curfew times (11pm–8am).
- Glass must be removed from the site and rubbish must be properly sorted into the correct bins. If the bins are full you agree to not overfill them, but take it away with you.
- There are fire pits available on some pitches – please do not make new ones.
- Our location is at the end of a 7-mile single track that rises and falls 800 feet, by booking you have agreed you understand this.
- There is not always an attendant on site, by booking with us you are agreeing that you are comfortable with this, the remote location and all of the above policies.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings with oversized (6m+) vehicles/caravans will not be subject to refunds. The size limit has been made clear during the booking process, our listing details and website details. These bookings can be exchanged for another stay at a different time with an appropriate vehcile, or in one of our other accommodations. We are happy to be flexible regarding the time limit within which the new booking is made.
- Booking cancellations made between 15-30 days before arrival will be part refunded by 50% of the original booking price, minus any deposit, bookings fees from our marketing providers (Hipcamp, campsites.co.uk, etc), and processing fees from our payments provider (Stripe).
- Booking cancellations made within the last 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
