Booking Policy
Arrival time for campers anytime after 12 noon and before 6pm .
Dogs welcome but must be on a lead at all times if camping, no dogs in our glamping units please.
Glamping guests for the Bow Top, Roulotte & Sunset Paradise can arrive and book in at 3 pm and on the day of departure must be checked out by 12 pm, bedding /towels/ cutlery/crockery/bbq/ /electric hob in Roulotte. Please bring a camping stove for the Bow Top and the Bell Tents we do not provide these.
Shower facilities available for guests
Please note there are no facilities for disposing of rubbish so we kindly ask all guests to take rubbish home with them.
Please also note that the riverside camping pitches are only in use subject to river levels.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
