About Bwlchgwyn Campsite

We are a family run caravan and camping park situated in Aberdaron in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). 
From the campsite itself enjoy spectacular open countrytside views of the beautiful Llŷn Peninsula and surrounding mountains.
The park boasts spacious pitches and excellent new toilet and shower facilities.
Join the coastal path directly from site  for stunning walks along cliff tops and through hidden coves and beaches.
Experience beautiful sunsets from the summit of Mynydd Anelog Mountain which is a 20 minute walk from site and is a walk that will award you with truly breathtaking views of the peninsula and beyond.
The park is less than a mile (15 minute walk along a country lane) from the picturesque seaside village of Aberdaron with its sheltered, award winning beach.
Aberdaron itself boasts 2 popular pubs/restaurants, a bakery, a well-stocked grocery store, a fish and chip shop, a pizza outlet and numerous cafés.
Popular Whistling Sands beach is nearby and the seaside market town of Pwllheli and bustling  Abersoch are a short drive away.
Bwlchgwyn is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday in truly beautiful and unspoilt countryside surroundings.

Booking Policy

  • Check-in: 13:00- 21:00
  • Check-out: 11:00
  • Maximum 2 pitches per booking.
  • No more than 6 persons (adults/children) on 1 pitch with a maximum of 4 adults.
  • If you have a larger group, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate you.
  • Well behaved dogs are permitted but please keep them on a lead and clean up after them.
  • Campfires are not permitted.
  • BBQ's are permitted but please keep them off the ground to protect the soil below.
  • Please respect our rule of quiet time from 22:00-07:00
  • We kindly ask you to respect your fellow campers and not play any music as it may not be to everyones taste
  • Please take all your rubbish with you, disposing of it in the bins provided, recycling where possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, equal to your non refundable deposit paid.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
  • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
