Gravel pitch for motorhome and awning. Includes EHU (16amp). There is no space for car next to pitch. Only suitable for motorhomes. You can book this pitch and bring a car at no extra charge but the car will need to be parked in the overflow parking next to the site entrance (within the site).

Suitable For
We only cater for Caravans and Motorhomes for over 30's. Tents are not allowed. We allow traditional walk away or pull out awnings, at the side of the vehicle, that are suitable for a 6m wide pitch which includes your accommodation. Campervans are only allowed if they meet the awning requirements with the campervan fitting into the 6m pitch. No sleeping or heating allowed in awning. Continental caravans can only be booked on prior agreement due to limited spaces that can accommodate the door/awning on the opposite side. We have a strict pitch set-up with towbar pointing to the exit of the pitch for fire regulations.We allow up to 3 dogs unless agreed in advance.
Nearby
We are in the countryside but we have a petrol garage with a convenience store located less than a mile away. The local beaches are 2.5miles away - we recommend you drive or cycle (free parking) as the beaches are extensive and there are no taxis in the area. The local pub is about a 15 minute walk from the site. Several take-aways deliver on site and we have menus available (Indian, Chinese, Pizza, Burgers and Kebabs).We are 15 minutes from Mablethorpe and 25 minutes from Skegness where you can find the usual shops but also the more lively venues and beaches.
