Our farm caters to over 30's, couples and solo caravan and motorhome guests. Set on 8 acres on the grounds of a Victorian farm that dates back to the 1860s.Come meet the family. We have traditional farm animals a rare breed flock. .We have plenty of space onsite and are surrounded by farmland.We are Dog friendly and have four designated dog walking fields to let your four-legged friends off the lead for a runabout.We do not open our farm to the general public to our guests only and are onsite 24 hours a day for your security and peace of mind our main gate is monitored by CCTV.We do have a quiet policy from 10.30 pm - 7 am to ensure a good night's sleep.Our policy means no unnecessary noise. This means no group chatter, music not even on low volume, etc between these hours You are in a field noise travels.
This policy is not up for debate during your stay.So if you prefer a more lively night this won't be the place for you.Hope you can join us to take a break from the city.

Booking Policy
- Over 30's only
- Arrival 1pm-7pm
- Departure 8am-11am
- We do not take groups. ( max 2 caravans/motorhomes , regardless of whether they are booked individually)
- Maximum 3 well behaved dogs per pitch - we do not accept breeds or cross-breeds of dogs in The Dangerous Dogs Act.
- No open fires permitted
- BBQ's are permitted off the ground only - please ask for blocks if you need them
- Please leave your pitch clean and clear and dispose of all your rubbish in the allocated areas,
- Please respect our rule of quiet time from 10:00pm to 8am.
- You may only use eco-friendly waste treatment fluid - no formaldehyde
- No charging of electric vehicles on hook-ups
- No washing of your vehicles using our water supply unless pre-arranged for a fee of £10.
- No visitors allowed on site.
- No music and TVs must not be audible beyond the boundaries of the pitch.
- No continental vehicles
- No tents and only conventional awnings
Cancellation Policy
Our booking fee DOES NOT include holiday insurance. We therefore recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover you in the event that you have to cancel or terminate your holiday unexpectedly.
No refunds within 4 weeks of arrival.Deposits are non-refundable.
We will amend dates with 4 weeks notice or longer subject to availability.
