About Millview Meadow Glamping
Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Millview Meadow provides a bespoke, luxury ‘glamping’ experience for outdoor loving guests with our stylish pods. Our vision is to offer more than a glamping experience, and hence, our accommodation is built and furnished to a high standard, creating a delightful getaway for guests. The luxury pods are self-contained, with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette, and are specially-designed to be used all year round. Situated on Millview Meadow, sitting just above a scenic view of the Broads marshes, the hideaway provides the perfect chance to experience all that our county has to offer. From seal spotting at Horsey Gap on a cold Winter’s day, to drinking in the beer garden of one of our many country pubs on a Summer’s evening.
To ensure our pods are Covid secure, the following measures are in place:
– Deep clean and sanitation of all areas by one designated cleaner
– No shared facilities on site, each pod has its own en-suite and kitchenette
– 3 pods on site, situated 25m distance from one another
– Self check-in

Booking Policy
- Arrivals are from 3.30pm and departures 10am – outside these times may be arranged by prior arrangement, subject to availability
- Dogs are only permitted in our Wigeon pod
- Balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to arrival, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The balance will be deducted automatically from the card used for payment during the booking process
- If you book within 6 weeks of your arrival date, the full cost of stay is payable on booking
- We have a no noise policy between 10pm and 7am, and visitors are not permitted on site without prior approval
- 1 nights firepit starter kit included free of charge, additional logs can be purchased on site
- Guests must take good care of the pod, and keep it clean and tidy throughout their holiday
- The maximum number of people in each pod is 2 adults and 2 children. We reserve the right to refuse or curtail any booking where it subsequently transpires that information has been withheld from us either by numbers in the party or its composition
Cancellation Policy
- We will NOT be held responsible as a result of cancellations made by guests due to Coronavirus. Please make sure you take out travel insurance if you are concerned about this. We will offer alternative dates (subject to availability), but any cancellations will follow the below cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made greater than 6 weeks to arrival will lose the deposit and booking agent fee (if applicable).
- Cancellations between 6 and 3 weeks before to arrival will lose the deposit, 50% of the balance payment and the booking agent fee (if applicable).
- Cancellations made less than 3 weeks prior to arrival date, no refund is payable.
