Booking Policy

  • Checkin in is between 4pm and 8pm and check out is at 10am (late checkouts might be possible upon request)
  • If you are planning on having people visit you on site while you are staying with us this needs to be pre approved by the management before they arrive.
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be booked in.
  • All bedding and towels are provided.
  • We do not allow smoking inside our carriages.
  • Breakages and damage must be reported straight away and may be charged for.
  • We do not accept any liability for any damage , loss or injury to you your vehicles or possessions during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or alter  your booking please inform us as soon as possible. Cancelations are only refunded (minus £10 admin fee and booking fee if applicable) up to 14 days before your arrival date, after this time there will be no refund.
