Booking Policy

  •  Secure your booking with a 30% deposit
  • Pay your balance 30 days before the start of your stay
  • Bookings of all 3 safari tents must be authorised by Little North Field.
  • Arrivals after 4pm. Check out 10am.
  • THE Foxes Den is our only dog friendly tent.
  • Tents must be left clean and tidy.
  • No smoking in the tents or on balcony.
  • No extra visitors on site.
  • No stag/hen parties

The guest booking the stay must be 18 years of age or over. There must be at least one adult aged 18 or over staying in each pod.

If you would like to book more than one tent, please contact us via email.

Cancellation Policy

  •  Guests may request to change the dates of their stay up to 30 days before the holiday start date.
  • Holiday dates may not be moved within 30 days of the start of the stay.
  • The non-refundable deposit , will not be refunded.
  • Guests who cancel within 30 days of the start of their stay will not receive any refund or be able to change holiday dates.
  • We do not offer refunds on any money paid to Little North Field.
  • In the event of cancellations or no-shows, we do not offer any (either full or partial) refund. We strongly recommend you take out UK travel insurance  when you book.
