Buckstone Luxury Camping Pods are set within the Buckstone Holding, a tranquil setting of idyllic countryside on the outskirts of the Yorkshire Dales.
We have five pods onsite, three of which were newly built in August 2020 and sleep up to 4. Our newest pods were added at the end of 2023 and sleep 6. The pods include everything you need for a self-catering break.
There is free parking available onsite.
We are also a dog friendly glamping site so please bring your furry friends if you would like. *** Please note that WREN pod does NOT accept dogs***
Buckstone is run by Phillipa & Ashley. You'll no doubt see us out and about during your stay. We also manage a riding school and livery and a Cattery from Buckstones so if you're an animal lover you'll certainly be pleased!

Booking Policy

Please adhere to our Booking Policy and Terms and Conditions throughout your stay.
- Check-In is from 3pm.
- Check out is before 10am on the day of departure.
- Each pod can sleep 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
- Buckstone Luxury Camping Pods is a private site so please do not bring other people onto the site without specific permission from us.
- Dogs are allowed to stay with you in the pods accept in Wren Pod.
- All of our pods are non-smoking.
- Please be respectful of the other guests staying in the other pods. We ask that you are considerate about how much noise you make late at night.
- Buckstone Luxury Camping Pods are located at Buckstone Equestrian. We are a working livery yard so please do not approach the horses or visit the yard without prior approval. Please be respectful of the riders, yard visitors and riding school.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
For all bookings made on or after 13.01.2023, the following applies:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, equal to your non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will not be refunded. We suggest that you take out UK holiday insurance to cover you in the event that you do need to cancel your stay.
- We will always try to offer alternative dates, but this would be subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the dates move between seasons. We ask for as much notice as possible for this.
- We reserve the right to amend the price paid for a booking if this does not match the price advertised on our website or if there is an error with our booking system.
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking for any reason. If we have to cancel your booking we will provide a refund.
- Refunds will be subject to a 5% administration fee.
