Booking Policy
- Check in after 3pm
- Check out: 10am (please vacate promptly as the cleaner will arrive for then)
- Self check in with lock box - codes will be sent a few days before your arrival
- Not suitable for infants under 2 years, however if you're happy to bring you own baby equipment we do make exceptions.
- No smoking
- No pets
- No parties or events or music after 9pm
- Nothing other than toilet paper/ flushable wipes to be flushed down the loo
- Please stay within the boundary area of our pods, private areas have free range kids
- Please adhere to the hot tub rules that are in the information folder in Pheasant Pod
- Bedding/ linen is provided but please bring your own towels for the use of the hot tub
Cancellation Policy
- Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit is taken, the non-refundable deposit is 30% of the final booking cost.
- If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your arrival date then the 30% deposit is all you will be charged.
- However, if you cancel 30 days or less before your arrival date, you will be charged the full amount for your your booking
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
