Wake up to 460-acres of woodland cycling, riding and walking (dogs welcome), and the historic town of Battle on your doorstep. The train station is just minutes away from us and only 75 minutes from London and you'll be within walking distance of 6 pubs serving great food, several takeaways (who can deliver) and one, award-winning microbrewery. So join us, unplug and count up all those blessings.

Booking Policy
- Check-in: 14:00 -
- Check-out: 10:00
- Dogs are permitted on site but please keep them off any furniture, under control and clean up after them. Any hard to remove paw prints will be charged using your security deposit paid.
- We are an eco site with a leave no trace policy - please take ALL your rubbish with you. We will charge you for the disposal of any rubbish left.
- You should notify us immediately by telephone should you consider it necessary to cancel your holiday and this should be followed by written confirmation of the cancellation.
- Should you breach our site rules, behave in a way deemed by us to put yourself or others at risk, or otherwise cause distress or nuisance, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the site with no refund of your fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 45 days before the holiday start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 45 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded
- We cannot give refunds or move bookings because of poor weather. We are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Including (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).
