About Scallow Campsite Pods

The Glamping site offers three Glamping Pods.  Glamping Pod 1 has twin beds while Glamping Pod 2 and 3 have double beds.   The Pods are furnished with beds, side tables, table and chairs with hanging space for clothes and coats. The site is level and surrounded by a well-managed copse adjoining the road with wildflowers and resplendent with bluebells in the Spring.  We are proud to have been awarded Campsite of the Year East Sussex for 2021/22 by CorporateLiveWire Prestige Awards.

Booking Policy

  • Glamping Pods can be booked for any period.
  • Arrival times are after midday
  • Glamping Pods must be vacated by 10:00am and left clear
  • Dogs are not permitted in the Glamping Pods
  • Children must be closely supervised by an adult at all times
  • No loud or disrupting noise between 22:00 and 08:00
  • We are unable to dispose of any broken camping equipment.  Please take these home with you.
  • The Glamping Pods will have a Chiminea. No other fires or generators are allowed.  BBQ's are permitted - please keep them off the ground to protect the earth beneath or place on the gravel hard standing
  • The wood it's a protected area and strictly out of bounds
  • Vehicles speed 5mph.  Each Glamping Pod has allocated parking outside the camping area

    • Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to 50% cancellation fee, equal to your non-refundable deposit paid.
    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
    • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
