We are a traditional New Forest commoning family, living in a farm with extensive and outstanding views. Some years ago we decided to share this beautiful place with holiday makers and created large Shepherds Huts in strategic view points.​Our farm is situated on theoutskirts of the village of Sway which is in the middle of the New Forest National Park and only 5 miles from the coast. It's the perfect location to enjoy both the beach and the forest.

Booking Policy

Minimum 2 nights. Due to the high demand for bookings, we kindly request our guests to secure their holiday reservation with a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit confirms and guarantees your booking in our system.

The remaining 50% balance will be required two weeks prior to your stay and will be invoiced accordingly. We kindly ask that this final payment is completed promptly to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in process.

This structured payment system helps us manage our bookings efficiently and ensures all guests have a seamless experience.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

  • Guests are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 nights prior to the scheduled stay.
  • For cancellations made between 14 nights and 24 hours before the check-in time (3:00 PM), a refund of 50% of the total booking amount will be issued.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the check-in time (3:00 PM) will not be eligible for any refund.
