Fat Pheasant Shepherd Huts

We have two beautiful shepherd huts on our 500 acre farm in North Oxfordshire. Each hut has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, small kitchen and a wood burning stove. Dolly has a wood-fired hot tub and Huxley has an outdoor bath. Outside you’ll find a fire-pit, gas bbq and seating area. Both huts are very private, with no houses, roads or the other hut in site. You’re welcome to roam the farm as you wish and there are some lovely footpaths nearby. Both huts are off grid. One dog allowed per hut (get in contact as I might consider two small ones).

We have a two night minimum stay. At the moment we’re just doing Friday check ins. Friday night and Saturday night are £200 per night. Every night after that is £100 per night

Booking Policy

  • Check in between 4pm-8pm
  • Check out before 11am
  • One dog is allowed in each hut for a cleaning fee of £20 per stay
  • Bed linen and two towels are provided
  • No smoking or candles in the huts

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings cancelled more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be refunded, minus a 25% cancellation fee, equal to your non-refundable deposit paid.
  • Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
  • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
