Wonderland Festival Retreat
Set around a lake, with views to the South Downs, there is magic in the air all over the site which is a paradise of tranquillity and natural beauty, with only bird-song and farm animals to be heard, as well as the odd frog and of course wandering peacocks!

Check-in: 16:00-23:00
Check-out: 10:00 for individual units,
Check-out 11:00 if your are staying in either the Lakeside Retreat or Wonderland.
Well behaved dogs are permitted onsite for an additional £20 charge. They must be kept on a lead at all times - we have peacocks and cats; please be sure to clean up after them.
All bed linen is included but please bring your own towels.
Please supervise children at all times - there is a lake onsite as well as a treehouse and trampoline.
The Party barn can be used until 11.45pm with 15 mins to leave the area quietly or the time can be extended with Silent Disco Headphones – ask for details.
The Spa Deck/ Hot Tub can be used until 9pm.
Treehouse can be used until 8pm.
The Lake can be used until 9pm.
Check-out: 10:00 for individual units,

Noise travels, so please brief all your guests to be mindful of voices outside.
Music can be played on our in-house systems in the outdoor courtyard, party barn, and on the speakers provided inside the individual accommodation spaces only.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 31 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 50% non-refundable deposit paid.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
- We advise you have the necessary insurance in place to cover any losses.
- The owner reserves the right to cancel a booking (with a full refund).

This place has it all. We were so lucky to stay there at short notice. Lovely lake to swim in, followed by the hot tub, stunning dome to sleep in and hang out, with everything imaginable provided. One night felt like a week long holiday of restoration!
Magical
This was our second time in wonderland, we booked the trip last minute and Katherine went out of her way to make sure everything was suitable for us, our trip was very peaceful, we loved the hot tub and the time we spent in nature, im so grateful for the time we spent there, can't wait to return again, thank you so much for everything Katherine!
