Stunning 3 bedroom Waterfront Property in Polruan with Extensive River and Sea Views

The Owner Says

For a truly different experience  why not combine your yurt holiday with a holiday  at Castle Point, the Old Harbour Masters House built around 1710.
Castle Point sits prominently in Polruan at the entrance to the Fowey River Harbour, boasting uninterrupted  river and sea views from every window.
The House has beautiful period features with bright open plan living space and large bay windows and window seats in the living room and bedrooms looking across the River to Fowey.   It is situated in a very peaceful location within the conservation area of Polruan.
While away summer days with Alfresco dining or a glass of wine on the large Terrace with outstanding panoramic views of Fowey Harbour.
Winter days can be spent chilling out in the large window seat with a good book and cosy evenings in front of wood burning stove
Castle Point sleeps 5/6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
The stunning Master Bedroom has a large Bay Window and King sized bed, sumptuous linens and feather duvets and has its own bathroom.
There is a second King Size bedroom again with beautiful  views looking down the river to Pont.
The third single bedroom has beautiful views looking out to Sea and Gribben Head.  It has  the option of a trundle bed beneath for a possible 6th person, however this would be quite compact.
The second family bathroom has a full bath (with shower over) and stunning views out to sea.
This property is a walkers and swimmers paradise.  The South West Coastal Path is easily accessible from the house with stunning walks to Lantic Bay, Lansallos and Polperro to the East.  Easy access to The Hall Walk, one of Cornwall’s most beautiful circular walks.
Take the passenger Ferry to Fowey and enjoy the many cafes, art galleries and independent shops.
Rent a boat, canoe or paddle board and explore the River Fowey and its many tributaries.  Perhaps book sailing lessons at Gallant Sailing Club.
Enjoy an early morning swim from the Town Quay or Back Beach.
A little further afield there is lots to explore, including The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust’s Landhydrock.
The house has its own private parking close by (suitable for small to medium sized car).
Polruan is a traditional Cornish Fishing Village situated across the River from Fowey.  It is fortunate to have   2 pubs, village shop and cafes .
