You will be given the option to 'book several units' if both yurts are available and you want exclusive use of the whole site.

Campden Yurts welcomes couples, families (up to 5 members including children) and small groups (max 5 adults per yurt).

👉To book bedding, please select 'Extras' and choose which you want to book King set is £20 and futon/daybed is £15.

🚿Private bathrooms with electric shower, flushing loo, sink and hair dryer.

❌No wi-fi on site but the roaming/mobile data is good.

✔Our indoor/outdoor room is a large wooden shelter with seats, table and games/activities.

🍳Cook hut holds a full gas cooker with oven, grill and hob (pots, pans and trays are separate for each yurt party).

🍞The utility room has a large double sink for washing up, an electric kettle, toaster and microwave and a fridge per yurt.

🔥Campfires are encouraged and each yurt has a separate campfire area, plus a hammock.

🍕We run pizza parties for guests using our unique cob pizza oven called 'Bob'.

🛌You can bring your own bedding or book bedding to be provided - this must be done ahead of time.

Booking Policy

Please arrive after 5pm & depart by 10.00am.
If arriving later than 8pm, please let us know in advance by text.
Hand towels, tea towels & hand soap are provided. Please bring main towels.
If you have not pre-booked bedding, please bring your own bedding and linen. You can add bedding to your booking up to 24 hours before you arrival - please contact Jane.
We ask guests to be quiet on site after 10pm & before 8am. No visitors after 10pm please.
No smoking/vaping in or around the yurts or buildings.
Dogs are welcome in Buttercup Yurt only. I large or 2 small/medium dogs, kept under control at all times and never left alone in the yurt.
Bookings may not exceed the number of people in the original booking.
Holidays cannot be sold-on by the booker - any alternations must be made through Campden Yurts.
Remember- PLEASE TAKE HOLIDAY INSURANCE to cover covid incase you get ill and miss your holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

No of days before Arrival Date

cancellation is received: % of Booking Price payable by you:

More than 4 weeks 30% (deposit)

Less than 4 weeks 60% (deposit and partial balance payment)

Notice given is less than 4 weeks of holiday start date: We will refund 40% the balance payment only unless we can re-let.

More than 4 weeks ahead of your stay: If you have paid in full we will issue a refund of the balance amount minus admin fees. Or we will try to find new dates with you. If the dates are of a higher value the difference will need to be paid by 30 days before holiday start date. If you have only paid the deposit, no further charge will be made.
