Bluebell Retreat Glamping

We are nestled away in a secluded private location at the foot of the stunning Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
The site is set within grounds of approximately 3.5 acres with a variety of resident wildlife including Muntjacs, Pheasants, Birds of Prey, Frogs and beautiful Dragonflies.
The nearest village is Leigh Sinton a short walk away if you fancy a few supplies from the shop or a lunchtime snack at the local pub.
Next door are 6 beautiful Carp fishing pools, with views over the Malvern Hills, along with a nature reserve and many public right of way walks.
For the more energetic a walk into Malvern is possible (3.3 miles /1 hour) or a short taxi ride away.
Offering a fantastic private, secluded location for groups of up to 8 people. Why not hire the whole site for that special occasion?

Booking Policy

  • Arrival time from 15.00 - 18.00hrs. Late arrivals to notify Bluebell Retreat Glamping by email or phone.
  • Departure time by 10.30 am
  • One small dog allowed in 'Sleepy Hollow' & 'Conker Cabin'
  • Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times & not left unattended in pods. Please keep dog off bed
  • Included in the price is all bedding and bed linen, BBQ & utensils, use of communal fire-pit -  with some logs for few hours burning.
  • Fully equipped kitchenette with small oven/grill & 2 ring hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, indoor and outdoor washing up facilities.
  • No lighting fires in woodland or meadow, please use provided fire pit only
  • No moving bistro seating & tables from decking areas/gazebo furniture
  • No smoking in Pods, decking areas,  Kitchen/Washrooms
  • No swimming in nature pond
  • No music systems allowed on site other than one small hand held speaker (we do provide one for guests use)

    • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations and Refund Terms.

    Cancellation will be at the discretion of, and only if the Bluebell Retreat Glamping is able to re-let the Pod/s will any monies be refunded. In exceptional circumstances if it is agreed that the Pods can be re-let an administration fee to cover reasonable administrative and card processing costs of £40 for the cancellation will be charged.

    If Bluebell Retreat Glamping is unable to go ahead because of unforeseen circumstances the clients will be given a full refund less a small £40 administration and card processing fee.
