Welcome to the Black Swan, a stylish cabin sleeping up to 5 adults. Step into a realm of sophistication with dark interiors in shades of charcoal with elegant gold accents. Enjoy the views over the pond and Lough in the comfort of a king-size bed on the mezzanine. Below a double bed, which disappears into a cabinet when not in use, and an easily assembled click-clack sofa bed (suitable for one adult or 2 small children) complete the sleeping arrangements.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Smart TV and in-cabin WiFi, ensuring you stay connected while immersed in the tranquillity of your surroundings. All the essentials, from plush towels to cosy robes, are provided for your ultimate comfort. The fully equipped kitchenette comes, complete with utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses.

Step outside to find your outdoor seating area and a 6-person hot tub where you can fully relax and let Cotters Park work its restorative magic!

For your four-legged companions, a dog pen and kennel stand ready. Complete with a hose, washing muddy paws becomes a breeze. Inside the cabin, a bespoke Sophie Allport bed ensures your furry friend enjoys the same level of comfort as you do. To avail of the dog amenities simply add the Doggie Delight package at checkout.

Our site is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends looking for a space to get together, reconnect and relax. Whether you are in a group or coming as a couple we have the accommodation for you. Want to bring your dog? No problem - the Westie shepherd's hut and the Black Swan are designed especially with dog lovers in mind! Wanting to host a birthday party? Great! Book accommodations as required and get everyone together on the island in our communal space where you can eat cake and dance the night away! Or maybe as a couple, you are just looking for some private time away from it all? - The Nest and The Burrow are the places for you - intimate cabins, sleeping 2, with a hot-tub as standard and in The Nest access to your own private sauna.

We accept bookings from families, couples, groups aged 18 and over (by prior arrangement), groups 16 – 18 accompanied by a parent. We do not accept bookings from unaccompanied under 18s.

Firepit provided to your cabin with a stack of firewood. Firepits also have a a grill for cooking. We even provide (FOC) all the ingredients for a delicious s'more!

We highly recommend this extra during the summer months.

Sauna use

Chillax in our sauna suspended over the water with what we boldly claim as the best views in the sauna-sphere! Heat kicks in from 5pm - 8pm. It's a shared space so you might even get a chance to get social with our other guests.

Late Check-out

You'll find it hard to tear yourself away - why not enjoy a few more hours with our late checkout - until 12pm. (Normal check-out 10am)

Cabin Decor

Tell us the occasion and we'll provide the decor - balloons and a neon sign. Choose from 'Happy Birthday' 'Better Together' or 'Bride to Be' . If you are booking multiple cabins for your event, please let us know where you want the decor.
