Booking Policy
A deposit of 30% is required to secure booking
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
A damage deposit of £200 will be required on the day of your arrival. This is released after your departure on the return of the cabin in good order
All guests must be over the age of 18 prior to arrival
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking you may amend / cancel by contacting the site direct. Unless the booking is stated to be non-cancellable or refundable.
If you cancel 31 days or more prior to the first day of the booking and you have paid a deposit for services that have not been provided to you, we will refund the deposit to you in full.
If you cancel in 30 days or less prior to the first day of the booking or during your stay, your deposit is non-refundable.
Culdees Castle Estate are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but will not be limited to) war, terrorism, serious crime, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
