Our location couldn’t be better; situated in the heart of the township, just a short stroll from the beaches and bustling local cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. The Rainforest Motel really does provide the perfect base to explore the tropical beauty of Mission Beach.

Booking Policy
- Check-in: 14:00 (If you're going to arrive later than 18:00, please let us know and we'll leave check-in info at reception)
- Check-out: 10:00
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings for reasons deemed necessary by the management.
- We require a 15% Non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is to be paid 3 days prior to the arrival date.
- Group bookings of 3 or more units must be approved by management prior to booking. Please see our Group Booking policy for further details.
- Bed linen and towels are included
- Regretfully, we do not allow dogs or pets at the Rainforest Motel.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cannot be amended, moved or cancelled within 3 days of arrival. No refunds given.
- Refunds will be subject to a 5% admin fee (min $2). Deposit payments are non-refundable.
- We cannot give refunds/move bookings due to poor weather. We are not liable for refunds/expenses incurred in the event we are cannot fulfil your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Including (not limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
- We reserve the right to amend the price paid for a booking if this does not match the price advertised on our website or if there is an error with the booking system.
- You have 24 hours to cancel your booking and receive a refund (minus 5% admin fee) if you do not agree to our terms and conditions, otherwise we will assume your acceptance of them.
