We bought Apple Tree Cottage in November 2023 as it adjoins our field and has lovely views across the field to Bircham Windmill which is where we currently live. We run the mill as a seasonal tourist attraction and perhaps, one day, we will retire to Apple Tree Cottage. In the meantime, this idyllic location is available for others to enjoy. A traditional Norfolk brick and flint cottage built in 1900, it has been renovated to a high standard. It sits in its own spacious grounds on the outskirts of Bircham Newton village.

Booking Policy
Arrival after 5pm, departure by 12 noon.
Up to 2 small/medium dogs are welcome, no extra charge
Bedding and towels included in the cost
Please be respectful of our neighbours, whilst they are a little way away, noise can travel.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 7 to 30 days of the holiday start date will receive 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the holiday start date will not receive any refund.
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.
