Booking Policy

  • Check-in: 14:00 - 18:00 (if you are going to be later than this please do get in touch before)
  • If this is your first time staying you will be given an arrival time and shown down to your accommodation.
  • Check-out: 10:00
  • No pets are permitted on site.
  • Pillows and duvets are provided but please ensure you bring your own linen and towels.
  •  Fishing is by barbless hook only
  • All Cottages and Lodges are none smoking
  • No keep nets and all landing nets must be dry on arrival
  • Travel Insurance - We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays that covers booking cancellations. This will give you peace of mind that you’ll be refunded if you need to cancel at the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept full responsibility for any loss incurred due to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelling more than 6 weeks before arrival - Full payments will be refunded minus a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Deposit-only payments are non-refundable
Cancelling less than 6 weeks before arrival - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 6 weeks of your arrival, as we may not have time to rebook the dates
If we cancel - In rare cases (e.g. bad weather or safety concerns), we’ll offer a full refund or reschedule

We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays that covers booking cancellations. This will give you peace of mind that you’ll be refunded if you need to cancel at last minute. If you choose not to, you accept full responsibility for any loss incurred due to cancellation
