Encompassing two beautifully super kind size finished bedrooms, two bathrooms, a family bathroom with a lovely big bath with a shower over and the other with an en suite lovely walk in shower. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a restful nights sleep after a busy day having fun!

You have a great sized open plan living area, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare for your BBQ, making a feast for breakfast or a much need family dinner. Suitable For
Dogs are NOT permitted in Well cottage.We ask that all dogs are kept on a lead when out of the properties as this is a working farm with tractors and animals. We also pride ourselfs in the wildife that we have at the farm that you may see.
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted.
Nearby
Situated just a few miles north of York and its bustling attractions are only a 10-minute drive away.The City of York is just 3 miles away from the cottages. You can reach the city by car or by bus.
Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride is a short journey away. The bus stops at the Railway Museum and then the City Centre.
Clifton Moor retail park is less than a 5minute drive away. There is a selection of restaurants, cinema, bowling and shopping outlets.
Monks cross/Vanguard retail park is a 10-15 minute ride away. This to has a selection of restaurants along with shopping outlets. It also has a cinema, crazy golf, Better health Gym and is home to our football and rugby stadium.
If you feel like exploring, the spectacular North York Moors and coastal towns of Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay and Filey are also not far by road.
