Booking Policy

  • Check-in: 16:00 - 24:00
  • Check-out: 9:30-10:00
  • We welcome well behaved dogs, but please clean up after them
  • The house is in a residential family area, so please keep noise to a minimum at all times
  • Please supervise children in the hot tub at all times and do not take any food or glass near the hot tub. There are plastic glasses which are for use outside.
  • Pregnant women, young children, or people suffering ill health of any form should consult their GP before entering the Spa.
  • We have a strict shoes off policy in the house
  • No smoking in the house.
  • SINGLE SEX GROUPS ARE NOT ALLOWED: You will be made to leave the property and there will be no refund of the amount paid for the stay.
  • Please bring bedding for travel cots
  • We provide you with towels however you may want to take a spare for the hot tub.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 30% non-refundable deposit paid
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded
  • We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
