The Loft is a 1 bedroom apartment style accommodation, which also benefits from the shared facilities of our glampsite. Sleeping 2 The Loft is a self-contained part of the main farm building with it’s own private entrance. Leading to a spacious cloakroom with downstairs WC then up to a large bedroom with comfy superking size bed cuddle chair and tea and coffee making faclities as well a smart tv capable of streaming Netflix. A large bathroom with shower over bath is also accessed from the small landing area at the top of the stairs.
Outdoor shared facilities include; hot tub, BBQ hut, BBQ area, and cooking cabin as well as various picnic tables and benches.

Booking Policy
- The cottage will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- We operate self checkin
- Dogs are permitted for a fee of £30
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times
- Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by dogs will be charged for.
- All bedding, linen and towels are included, but you may opt to bring your own if you feel more comfortable doing this- just let us know.
- The hot tub can not be used after 11pm at night and before 7am in the morning. Children must be supervised at all times when using the play equipment.
- No smoking inside any of the accommodation or communal areas.
- Stag parties only on request
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your holiday, please inform us immediately.
We will re-advertise dates, if re-sold we will issue a refund for the amount sold for minus a £50 administration fee.
In the event we can't re-sell dates the following applies:
If cancelled more than 60 days before your arrival date we will refund any monies paid, minus the 25% booking deposit. No further payment will be taken.
If cancelled less than 60 days before your arrival date 50% off the final balance will be due. This will include the 25% deposit already paid plus a further 25%.
If cancelled less than 28 days before your arrival date all monies paid will be forfeited.
We strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event of a cancellation.
- Deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable.
- Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation by you.
