This cottage  has an open plan kitchen diner lounge  with a sofa an armchair coffee table and table and chairs leading to a shower room & toilet then on to the double bedroom with wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The cottage has great views across the surrounding fields, its based next to a friendly popular village pub The folly Inn. Its a great base for walks along the canal or countryside. Also its a great location for visiting local areas like Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Rugby, Daventry and Banbury.
