The Owner Says

This cottage has hallway leading to downstairs toilet and large open plan kitchen diner with dining table & chairs, washer dryer, hob, oven & microwave. There is a large separate lounge with 2 sofas and an armchair and coffee table, TV and DVD player. Upstairs has a double bedroom en suite  with wardrobe, a smaller double bedroom with chest of drawers & a twin bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, next to this is the bathroom The cottages are based next to a friendly popular village pub The folly Inn. Its a great base for walks along the canal or countryside. Also its a great location for visiting local areas like Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Kenilworth, Rugby, Daventry and Banbury.
