Booking Policy

- Check in after 4pm on day of arrival, key box code will be provided
- Check out before 10 :00 am.
- No smoking or vaping in any cottage.
- No parties or events.
- Groups of guests with multiple guests aged 18- 25 only by prior arrangement
- Single household groups only unless by prior arrangement.
- Booking of multiple units, even if booked independently, only by prior arrangement.
- 1 dog permitted per cottage
- Dogs must not be left unattended and must be kept on a short lead at all times.
- No additional visitors or guests to the property other than those in the booking.
- A refundable security / damage deposit is payable seven days before arrival.
- Reservations are non changeable and not transferable, guests are strongly advised to have travel insurance in place.
Cancellation Policy
- In the case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the commencement of your stay only the deposit will be forfeited, please see our booking terms and conditions for further information
