Booking Policy

  • Arrival between 3 pm and 6pm. Departure before 12pm midday.
  • Special circumstances : contact on site warden on duty -their mobile number will be sent you after booking. No noise or caravans. Gates are kept locked and codes provided before arrival, please text the warden if arriving late. There are no paid staff.
  • Dogs (max 2) must be on lead or tethered at all times and child friendly. No night barkers!
  • Your booking reminder 2 days before holiday start  will contain information about entry codes, fire risks, warden contact number, and what you need to bring.
  • This is a church run family campsite with all proceeds going to the church and local charities.

Cancellation Policy

  • Booking charges/changes are not refundable, so take great care with dates and conditions.
  • If you want to add days please make another separate booking on line (subject to availability)
  • Holiday insurance is recommended.
  • Unused bookings can be counted as charitable gifts and included in your tax return. (St Margaret's Church, Burnham Market. Church of England Charity Registered Number is 1140097)
