We are a rustic campsite located on a working farm in the heart of East Sussex. Our campsite is set in a 3 acre field which is mainly flat with some wooded areas. We are open to tents, campervans, motorhomes or caravans so whatever your preferred way of staying in the countryside there will be a perfect spot to pitch on our campsite.
Our simple campsite offers drinking water, hot showers, compost toilet facilities, and waste disposal (recycling, general waste and chemical disposal point). Camp fires are allowed and fire pits can be hired and logs purchased.
We welcome children and well behaved dogs, but guests must be aware that this is still a working farm, with tractors, machinery and livestock in adjacent fields.

Booking Policy
- Arrival time is between 1pm and 9pm. Departure is by 12 noon at busy times.
- Raised fire pits are permitted and fire pits can be hired at £6 per stay. Please don’t light a fire anywhere else on the site. Firewood can be purchased at £7 per bag (including kindling).
- Dogs are welcome at a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch (large dogs of a frightening nature are not permitted). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended. Please clean up immediately after your dog.
- Groups of more than three teenagers must be accompanied by an adult.
- Day visitors are permitted by prior arrangement only.
Cancellation Policy
- We require payment in advance, however we are happy to refund part of your fees if you are unable to come and stay, as long as you notify us in advance. We require 15+ days’ written notice in order for you to qualify for a 50% refund.
- No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
