Our family farm is situated in the beautiful Conwy Valley, on Snowdonia's doorstep, between the mountains and the sea. Our family has farmed here for three generations.

Booking Policy
- Check-in: 11:00 - 18:00
- Check-out: 11:00
- No Dogs allowed on site
- No amplified music is permitted on site.
- For the sake our neighbours please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00
- Campfires are only permitted if you bring a fire pit, no fires on the ground.
- BBQs are permitted providing they are kept off the ground.
- We have general waste and all recycling facilities on site, please use them accordingly.
- Within walking distance there are 2 very nice pubs, there is a local butcher within 5 mins, a local shop that stocks everything including wine and beer.
- We do have recycling facilities for plastic and glass but all general waste must be taken home as part of our "Take a bag, take it home" policy
- Bin bags are provided on site
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 30% noon-refundable deposit
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses
