Tucked away in its own private hollow, behind high hedges and under an oak tree you will find The Ryeland .

Being very individual and offering a luxurious, romantic glamping experience. The Ryeland retreat allows you to take a step back from your busy lives and the digital world to kick back and relax while the world and the cows pass on by.

This hideaway is very private not being overlooked and yet has super view's over open fields. This is a unique stay for those looking for a rural, romantic, secluded, unusual break.

We have tried to be as eco friendly as possible, the Ryeland is powered solely by solar and wind power, using 12v electrics inside you will find that The Ryeland is decorated with and an array of solar lighting, twinkling fairy lights making the evenings magical and romantic, both inside and outside

A super comfy double bed, bistro table and chairs. And for chillier evenings there is a traditional log burner to keep you toasty warm while enjoying a hot chocolate maybe!.

Outside there is a graveled area where the hot tub sits with sun loungers, bench seating, sun sail, fairy lights and lanterns to add to the romantic feeling once the sun goes down.

You will find a BBQ and fire-pit area, imagine sitting watching the sun setting, toasting marshmallow’s before soaking up to your neck in our new Scandinavian style wood fired HOT TUB while star gazing and counting satellites passing overhead

For those that have stayed with us before you will find that the Ryeland now has an indoor bathroom with new improved eco friendly composting loo, hot shower and hand basin.

There is now also  a lovely quirky (hobbit style ) kitchen area with all you need for a few nights away with sink, cooker and now a small fridge. All pots pans, cutlery, t-towels etc are provided.

With it's very own private Scandinavian wood fired hot tub, this is the perfect place to relax, unwind and refresh, your booking will include 2 nets of logs which is more than enough logs to warm your hot tub once,

Upon arrival your hot tub will be cold it takes just over an hour to warm the hot tub, unless you have booked our optional fire lighting service to have your hot tub pre-warmed for your arrival

Prices start from £130 per night with a minimum stay of 2 nights.(based on 2 people) prices may increase during the summer months. Book your stay by  using the calendar widget.

About Tipsy Tree

Suitable For

Well behaved dogs are more than welcome, we do ask that they are kept under strict control as we do have livestock nearby.

Group bookings of 2 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

No hen/stag parties permitted.

Single-sex bookings of 2 or more people (couples and immediate family members excepted) are not permitted.

The site caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Nearby

Tipsy tree is on the outskirts the small hamlet of Englesea brook which is between the villages of Weston and Barthomley both have White lion pubs, both do food, The White lion at Barthomley has a lunch time menu and Weston serves food throughout the day and evening. There are plenty of fabulous places to eat out just a short drive away.
The historical towns of Nantwich, Sandbach and Chester are a short drive away.
We can offer off road driving experiences in one of our landrover defenders, these do usually have to be pre booked.
