About Crockstead Fields
Crockstead fields is an eco-friendly boutique campsite tucked away in a secluded field in the East Sussex countryside. Packed with unique features and a range of luxury sleeping options, we are excited to open up our 2023 diary for summer camping expeditions. The site comprises 10 furnished bell tents, a fantastic eco cabin and the 2 Yurts which are located away from the main hub in their own self contained areas. There are some great local pubs and walks and over weekends you can find a working bar, catering options and various other elements in place on the site.

Booking Policy
- Minimum 2 nights stay.
- Check in from 15:00 until 18:00 (19:00 on Fridays)
- Check out by 10:00
- Linen, pillows, duvets are provided; please note campers will need to bring their own towels and tea towels
- All bell tents have 4 beds (1 double/2 singles) for 4 people. Extra beds are charged at £25 per night.
- Well behaved dogs are welcome. They must be kept on a lead near livestock and dog mess cleared up.
- All bookings are subject to Government COVID-19 guidelines
- If you are booking for more than one bell tent, please email us before booking so we can discuss your needs (subject to Government COVID-10 restrictions being lifted)
- A deposit is taken in case of damage to furnishings.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 28 days before the holiday start date will be subject to your 30% non-refundable deposit paid.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
- We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.

Excellent (however!)
The site was amazing and the wedding was truly awesome however our bell tent wasn’t like the picture the single beds were mattresses on the floor, we had 4 people in our tent, some of the tents only had 2 people staying in them and they had raised single beds on palettes like the double, so this was a real shame that ours didn’t and we paid the same price, there was also a hole in our roof, it looked like the stitching had come apart, we had quite a few bugs sneaking in! thank god it didn’t rain.
