Booking Policy

  • Check in from 3pm
  • Check out by 11am
  • No smoking in the tents
  • No loud noise/music
  • 2 dogs permitted per bell tent
  • Please keep dogs on the lead at all times
  • Glampers- there is a BBQ provided- please bring charcoal if you wish to use
  • In winds over 25mph no fire pits or bbqs are to be lit-  for safety reasons
  • 'Pre-pitched' campers only (not glamping)... bring all bedding, towels, cooking equipment, & bbq. We supply camp bed, chairs and picnic benches only
  • No group bookings online- please call
  • No groups/hen/stag parties permitted without prior agreement, failure to notify may forfeit your stay

Cancellation Policy

No refunds within 4 weeks of arrival. If you request a cancellation in writing more than 4 weeks before your arrival date, a full refund (minus any booking fees occurred) will be issued.  Please see our booking conditions for further information.
